NOTICE TO BUILDING CONTRACTORS

REFURBISHMENT OF LOCAL AUTHORITY DWELLINGS

Expressions of Interest are invited from competent Building Contractors for inclusion on a panel for the refurbishment of local authority dwellings. The panel when formed shall be in operation in respect of contracts to be carried out in 2009 and 2010 or for such longer period as may be determined by the Town Council.

Interested parties are asked to apply in writing to “The Town Clerk, New Ross Town Council, The Tholsel, New Ross, County Wexford to be received no later than 4.00p.m. on Thursday 7^th May, 2009.

Please mark the envelope, “Expression of Interest for Tender Panel”

Following receipt of expressions of interest, further correspondence will be issued to interested parties, itemising the criteria for qualification, the marking system and further information regarding the tender process for the above project.
