SECTION 48 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000

Notice is hereby given that at it’s meeting of 10^th March, 2009, New Ross Town Council made the New Ross Town Council Development Contribution Scheme 2009, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 48 and 49 of the Planning and Development Act 2000.

It was the decision of the Council at the above meeting to modify the Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2009.

The New Ross Town Council Development Contribution Scheme 2009 replaces the New Ross Town Council Development Contribution Scheme 2007 and applies to all planning applications received by New Ross Town Council on or after 11^th March, 2009.  

Copies of the New Ross Town Council Development Contribution Scheme 2009 are available from the offices of New Ross Town Council during normal office hours.
