(Control and Regulation of the Parking of Vehicles) Draft Byelaws 2008.

New Ross Town Council proposes to make Byelaws under Section 36 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994.

A copy of a Draft of the Byelaws may be inspected during office hours (9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm – Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays) at the offices of New Ross Town Council at the Tholsel, New Ross, County Wexford , for a period of one month, commencing on Wednesday, 1st October 2008.

A copy of the Draft Byelaws may be purchased from New Ross Town Council on payment of a fee of €2.00

Representations may be in writing to New Ross Town Council, The Tholsel, New Ross, in relation to the Draft Byelaws, to be received not later than 5.00pm Wednesday 19^th November 2008.
