New Ross Amenities

The following four amenities within New Ross are provided by the Council;

1. New Ross Memorial Swimming Pool
2. The Town Park
3. Three Sisters Marina
4. New Ross Library

New Ross Kennedy Memorial Swimmimg Pool

The 25 metre New Ross Kennedy Memorial Swimmimg Pool was opened in 1975, and its name reinforces the connection between the Town of New Ross and JFK.  Full details and Current Price List are available in the Menu on the right.

The Town Park

Pearse Park (Town Park) is situated on the outskirts of the town and can be seen from the N25. The Town Park has enjoyed a face lift in recent months and is now fully accessable to all. There is a tennis court, multi user games area, running track, athletics field event area, playground equipment for young and old alike, changing room and toilet facilities, all of which are free to use. 

Three Sisters Marina

The Three Sisters Marina opened in 2006 and was so named after the three local rivers;

1. The River Barrow
2. The River Nore
3. The River Suir

which all join the sea southwest of the city of Waterford. Full details and Current Price List are available in the Menu on the right.

New Ross Library

The Library is located within the very heart of New Ross and is accessable from the Car Park in Barrack Lane.
