The Finance Section manages the financial affairs of the Council. Services provided include payment of wages, salaries and pensions; procurement and payment of goods and services (creditors payments); Receipts Office; administration of service accounts - differential rent, water charges, rates; preparation of Annual Budget; preparation of Annual Financial Statement.
